1. Object and acknowledgement of the present Terms and Conditions
The placing of an order by a customer implies his complete acknowledgement of the General Terms of Sale set out on this website. The present terms establish a contractual relationship between Romcall and its customer. Both parties are bound by the fully acknowledgement of the present terms and conditions. The present Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail upon any other conditions appearing within any other document, except for prior express written exemptions.

2. Prices and delivery
All prices itemized on this website are expressed in euros and does not include VAT. VAT rates will appear on the order form. The payment is made in euros, according to the BNR exchange rates (National Bank of Romania) from the day of the order.
Delivery fees are not included in the price. The delivery time limit is of 4 weeks.
Delivery fees are to be communicated to the client subsequently, by phone or email.

3. Payment methods in the case of an online order
The online registration is the proof of the content and of the date of the order. Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of any data provided when placing an order. Romcall can’t be held liable for any errors or rectifications which might delay or prevent the delivery of the product(s). A phone confirmation and a full payment in advance are essential to start up delivery procedures. Unless agreed otherwise, the amount is to be paid within 72 h from the placement of the order.
We only accept transfer payment into the following IBAN account: RO47BRDE130SV31268951300 (euro account at BRD), CUI RO17921859. The customer shall provide Romcall with the copy of the transfer order (by fax or by email).

4. Returns
The customer shall check the product(s) on delivery. Any manufacturing default or any default due to transportation entitles him to return the product(s). Returns shall be made at the following address: S.C. ROMCALL S.R.L., strada Dostoievski, nr. 26, Cod 400424, Cluj-Napoca, Jud. Cluj. In all cases, the customer pays the return fees.

5. Litigation
The present contract is submitted to Romanian Law.
Any litigation resulting from the application of the present Terms and Conditions shall be solved by reaching an amicable settlement. The litigation shall be otherwise solved by the court of Cluj-Napoca. Romcall reserves its right to refuse any order from a customer with whom the company is engaged in a litigation concerning the payement of a prior order.
Romcall shall not be held liable for any material, moral or physical dammage caused by an inappropriate use of the marketed products.
Romcall’s liability is, in all cases, limited to the value of the order.
As a general rule and after confirmation by the competent authority, respecting the clauses referring to contractual guarantee (included within the present document) entails the payment of all financial obligations by the customer to the seller.

6. Warranty
Our products come with a 2 to 5 year warranty period, depending on their manufacturer, the term being specified on the warranty certificate delivered with the products (for further information, please contact us). If the product stops working properly within the established term, the customer is entitled to return the faulty product and demand its replacement.
Romcall’s liability is, under all circumstances, limited to the value at which the product was initially purchased.

7. Safety notice. User’s guide
The client must have read and accepted the safety notice that applies to eco-fireplaces and burners using bio-ethanol. The compliance of safety (online on this web site) is imperative to avoid any risk of burns and fire. The client cannot hold Romcall responsible for the improper use of eco-fireplaces and burners on bio-ethanol.

The fuel:
Bio-ethanol is a highly flammable material. Keep only in the original container 1 meter away from any source of ignition. Keep in a dark, dry and cool place. Do not keep in the sun. Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show container or label.

Important:
Not recommended for use in rooms smaller than 30 m2, 70m3.
Never modify the characteristics of the fireplaces.
Never add other combustible liquids to this product.
Follow precisely the instructions on the label on the container.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Do not leave it unsupervised.
Do not leave children unsupervised near the lit fireplace.
Warning: the failure to comply with the safety notice on this website can lead to risks of burns and fire.

A. General interdictions:
Never use this product in caravans, ships or vehicles.
Never use this product in bad ventilated rooms.
Never use this product as barbecue or in any other purpose than its initial use.
Never use this product near flammable materials such as curtains, cloth, furniture…
Use only the recommended accessories. The client cannot hold Romcall or the producer responsible for the use of other accessories with these products.
Never use the ecological fireplace in a room containing flammable gases.
Use only liquid bio-ethanol in your fireplace, because it is a finely distilled alcohol and does not produce any smoke or smell. Never use other oil products such as petrol, diesel, white spirit etc.
Never handle the burner while lit with one\'s bare hands or use any others regulating means to adjust the flame.
Children, pets and flammable materials should be kept at a safe distance at all times.
In case there are decrees in your town concerning fire, they have to be respected. Never light any other flame near the fireplace.
The client cannot hold Romcall or the producer responsible for the improper use of bio-fireplaces and burners on bio-ethanol.

B. Safety cautions

b.1. Before lighting:
The client must provide himself with a fire extinguisher and keep it near the fireplace.
When lighting the fireplace make sure you keep at least 1 meter away children and pets, as well as other objects or substances that risk to catch fire or explode.
Make sure you do not pour any drop of bio-ethanol outside the burner.
Make sure your hands are clean (no bio-ethanol on them) when lighting the burner.
Wait for the cooling of the burner before refilling it with bio-ethanol (at least 20 minutes).
If there is bio-ethanol left in the fuel cell after the combustion, wait at least 10 minutes after opening the trapdoor (in order to air). Introduce the lever in the bio-ethanol and move it slowly. Light the lever and place it carefully into the opening to light the fireplace.
The client must light the burner only with the object used to open and close the trapdoor (the lever), as explained in the user’s guide.
Do not place your head above the burner when lighting.

b.2. During the ignition:
Never blow into the flame!
Do not store flammable products closer than 5 meters to the fireplace (white spirit, bio-ethanol…).
Do not add other combustible liquids if the burner is still lit; this can be done after the burner is cold.

b.3. In case of accident

1. Overturn of the burner:
Use an A+B class extinguisher to put out the flame.
You can put out the flame with a nonflammable material as well.
2. Overturn of the burner and burns caused by bio-ethanol:
In case of burns, seek medical advice at the closest hospital. Do not use any fat substance on the burn. If the burn is not very spread, keep it under fresh water for several minutes. Seek medical advice in case of every little doubt concerning the seriousness of the burn.
